Free Shipping:

  • UAE orders over 500 AED
  • Saudi Arabia orders over 1,000 SAR

Free Shipping Delivery Time:

  • Saudi Arabia: 7-20 days
  • UAE: 3-5 days

Express Delivery:

  • Available for select products within Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi city limits only.
  • Orders placed before 1 PM will be delivered within 2 business days.
  • Orders after 1 PM will be delivered within 48-72 hours.
  • Outside Dubai/Abu Dhabi: 3-4 days within UAE.
  • Non-express delivery times will be displayed on product pages, cart, and order confirmation email.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • UAE: Available through ELITEFISHIN deliveries and Aramex (additional 10 AED).
  • Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman: Aramex Express (additional 20 AED, COD limit 2,500 AED).
  • Delivery: 3-5 days (UAE), 3-7 days (GCC) depending on courier.

Shipping via Aramex to Saudi Arabia:

  • Recipient responsible for 15% KSA VAT and customs duty (paid to courier upon delivery).

Shipping to Other GCC Countries:

  • UAE VAT included in shipping price (standard 5% UAE).
  • Recipient responsible for any additional customs duty fees or clearance fees charged by their country.

International Orders:

  • Delivered worldwide (countries listed at checkout).
  • Recipient responsible for duties, taxes, clearance fees, and abandoned shipments. Contact local customs office for fee estimates.
  • Delivered by DHL and Aramex (estimated 3-7 days, subject to delays).

Shipping via DHL (International):

  • Recipient responsible for local taxes and customs duty (charged by courier upon delivery).

Delivery Costs and Time:

  • Displayed on cart and checkout pages.
  • Estimated delivery time displayed at checkout.

Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders before 1 PM processed same day.
  • Orders after 1 PM processed next day.

Delivery Delays:

  • We will notify you of supply delays beyond our control.
  • We will attempt to minimize the impact of delivery delays.
  • Failed delivery attempts will be notified to you for rescheduling or collection.
  • Uncollected orders will be held for 7 days. After 7 days, a 10% administration fee will apply on the total invoice in addition to the delivery fee.

ID Requirement Upon Delivery:

  • We may request additional verification (ID, credit card) to confirm your identity and/or financial instrument ownership.
  • Order refusal and cancellation may occur if verification fails.

Title to Products:

  • Product ownership and responsibility transfer to you upon delivery and payment.

Invoice:

  • You will receive an electronic invoice via email to the provided address.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on order confirmation, website, or above section.
  • Timelines are not guarantees and start from order confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures beyond our control, including customer unavailability or delivery postponement requests.
  • Full refund will be issued for non-delivery within 30 days of order confirmation.

Tracking Number:

  • Provided by email after order confirmation for tracking your order through customer care.

Sanctioned Countries:

  • We do not deal with or provide services/products to OFAC sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.

Oversized Products:

  • Free shipping may not apply to oversized products (fishing rods, tackle boxes, etc.).
  • You may receive these products via a courier company different from your checkout selection due to shipping company policies.
  • We are committed to timely delivery of oversized products.
  • Extra shipping costs may apply for oversized products outside UAE.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of receipt for eligible products.
  • Products marked "This item cannot be exchanged or returned" are not eligible for return.
  • A return will not be accepted until confirmed by us.

Return Reasons (Eligible Products):

  • Design, material, or workmanship defects.
  • Unsatisfactory quality or manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect products delivered.

Refunds:

  • Processed after return approval for undamaged items (excluding original delivery charges, customs value, and cash handling fees).
  • Requires identification verification of the original purchaser.

Replacement:

  • Offered for faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory, or incorrect products within 7 days of receiving your written replacement request (submitted within 3 days of order receipt).
  • Requires pictures of damaged/faulty products with the replacement request.

Full Refund for Damaged/Incorrect Products:
